Prepare to be enveloped by funky bass grooves and unique vocal stylings that create an unparalleled ambiance. This show is a masterful fusion of bass guitar funk and a blend of live and electronic anthems, taking the audience on an odyssey into the future of funk.

Accompanied by a psychedelic visual explosion crafted by the Artoonist Funk Cartoonist, Curtis Wilcox, the Portal Drop DTLA show is more than just a performance—it's an experience. Midway through the show, enjoy an art display featuring original pieces by Wilcox, showcasing the influence on new funk artists from the iconic Funkadelic family like Garrette Shider Jr. and bass icon MonoNeon.

Funkonaut delivers bass licks reminiscent of legends like Larry Graham and Louis Johnson, while maintaining his multi-platinum pedigree on the beats that made greats like Ice Cube, Mack 10, Game and DA Lenchmob legendary. With his custom XBASS Guitar, he demonstrates his exceptional musicianship alongside the funkiest live performers.

This one-of-a-kind event promises to funk you right on up! Hosted in the intimate, futuristic fashion boutique "Where Monsters Dream," it's the perfect setting for this immersive show. Arrive early and get ready for The Portal Drop featuring Funkonaut Live!
