
Harajuku Event: Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in joining as featured vendor for the Harajuku Festival, April 4th!
Location: 615 S. Anderson St., LA 90023
Date: April 4th, 2026
Event time*: 12pm - 7pm
* load in and load out times will be sent to accepted vendors.
Accepted Vendor Booth Fee: $125
Booth fees are used to cover operational costs for the event. We do not take a percentage of your sales during the event.
Booth Set Up
We will not have extra materials on hand for booth set up. You will need to bring your own table as well as any lighting, cables, power strips and POS devices you may need. We request you cover your table with a display cloth to hide under table storage. You're welcome to set up a space rather than a table as long as it is approximately 4 x 4 , 6x6, 8x8 or 10x10.
We recommend you register for your own personal Wifi hot spot coverage as a back up for your POS system as the building does not have Wifi.
Booth Sharing:
You’re allowed to share a booth and booth fees with another vendor but both vendors need to apply. If sharing a booth, you’ll need to set up at the same time on to be ready for opening day on Sat. April 4th.
If You Are a Sound Performer:
You will need to bring your own sound set up and performance lighting. Please let us know your set up energy Watt requirements
If You Are Providing a Workshop:
Workshop reservation systems, scheduling and pricing are managed by you and can be held with the event main hours. We will need your workshop description, any promotional photos and a link to your RSVP page for the workshop so we can promote from our event page.
If You Are Installing Art:
Let us know in your application. We will contact you to arrange a separate installation time prior to the event.
Vendor and Event Terms
By submitting this application, you are agreeing to the following:
- To vend for the entire time of the event.
- To arrive at the designated load in time and location and pack up your booth and load out during the load out time.
- If sharing a booth, your partner will set up and breakdown with you during the designated times.
- If accepted as a vendor, you acknowledge that your vendor status is not confirmed until the booth fee payment is received.
- That the event hosts, hold the right to document and post about the event which may include images of people and booth details. These images will be used for the sole purpose of promoting the event before, during and after the event occurs.*
- As a vendor you agree to help promote the event through your normal social media channels. Please tag @wheremonstersdream and #harajukufestival when posting about the event. You can also link to our event page: https://www.wheremonstersdream.com/event-details/harajuku-festival-april-4th-2026
- You agree to not hold Where Monsters Dream, Fox and Moon Tea, Ito or the Property Management Company TCY (representing the event space at 615 S. Anderson St and 609 S. Anderson st., L.A. 90023) accountable for any personal injury, or loss or damage to your property during the event.
* By uploading images, you are granting to all persons who have access to the images, without compensation or royalties, permission to use your images to distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your images with or without your name attached to such images, and the right to sublicense such rights to third parties (such as but not limited to: Instagram, Youtube, TikTok).
